Pack Your Bags: For a Wedding!

Vera Bradley Large Duffel/ Longchamp Large Le Pliage Tote/ Tory Burch Robinson Double Zip Handbag/ Vera Bradley Home and Away Cosmetic Bag

My best friend in the entire world is getting married this weekend! Hip hip hooooray! The biggest struggle has been being so far away, but trying to help out as much as I possibly can. With that being said, I just can't wait to see her on her big day. I've got everything all packed and ready to go. Adventure awaits!

Sarah allowed her bridesmaids to choose their own dresses, as long as they went with the colors of the wedding. I picked up this little navy dress from Francesca's, and unfortunately cannot find it online. I did find this one from Forever 21, Floral-Embroidered Scalloped Dress, that is identical and less than half the price of the navy one. Granted the one from Forever 21 is blush, it's still a steal! And of course I had to get that dress too.

My love for fashion is complemented with my passion for beauty. I am actually going to be doing the bride's makeup, which I'm extremely nervous about. If it were any other day, it wouldn't be a problem. Being that this is her wedding day, my anxiety will be through the roof! My Vera Bradley "Home and Away Cosmetic Bag" is perfect for toting around all of my beauty products. It holds so much and yet it is so compact. Looks like I will have to post a "What's in My Makeup Bag" pretty soon!

I do not travel anywhere without my Longchamp bag. It can be best described as a black hole for all of my things. It is so perfect to take on roadtrips and is especially convenient on flights. One of the best features about this bag is that it can be folded! So if you aren't using the bag, you can fold it up and tuck it away in your luggage. It is one of the best investments I've ever made. If you are on the fence about it, I say just do it! It may seem difficult to justify a $150 nylon bag, but it is life changing.

There's nothing like a little getaway to escape reality and calm your soul. My handsome date and I have decided to make a trip out of this wedding weekend. We will be making some stops in Austin and San Antonio to roam around, explore great eats, and hopefully shop! I'm sure I'll have to make an entirely different post about those adventures, so stay tuned!
