Oh Tory, how you make me do spontaneous and crazy things! I am obsessed with my latest handbag purchase. It was my souvenir from NYC! I walked into Saks on 5th Ave. right before heading to the airport and just bought the bag on a whim. I'm still not regretting it, though my bank account wasn't too thrilled.
It's literally the most beautiful and practical bag. I love all of the hidden compartments and that it can hold so much stuff! I have pouches filled with things that are probably not necessary for me to carry on a daily basis, but I like being prepared! The bag can easily be dressed up for a more glam look, or I can sport it after the gym to run errands. I chose to get the black one because it's timeless and I will be able to use it during any season.
On this specific day, Tory and I went out to brunch with a few pals of mine. Yes, my bag's name is Tory. We decided on Hester's Cafe & Coffee Bar, located inside the Art Museum of South Texas. At Hester's, folks come for the food, and stay for the breathtaking view. It's a local favorite worth checking out.

There's nothing like spending the day downtown, discovering the hidden charm Corpus Christi has to offer. Sometimes you can get so caught up in venturing to new places, you don't take the opportunity to explore what's around you.
